The journey towards personal development often begins with understanding and managing emotions effectively, a skill set encapsulated in the concept of Emotional Intelligence (EI or EQ).

The Building EQ Program is designed as a comprehensive roadmap to equip individuals with the tools and strategies necessary to enhance their emotional intelligence and lead a more fulfilling life.

The program commences with an exploration of the core components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and motivation. Through interactive workshops and reflective exercises, participants embark on a voyage of self-discovery, gaining insights into their emotional patterns, triggers, and responses. They learn to identify and name emotions, cultivate mindfulness practices, and develop the ability to regulate their emotional reactions effectively.
